In these booking conditions, unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances mean a situation which is beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.
Is it safe to book a holiday for 2021?
Can I book a summer holiday in 2021? The short answer is: yes, but with plenty of caution. You need to be careful about where you book and how you do it.
Can I cancel my on the beach holiday?
If you need to make a change to a booking or would like to cancel, please submit a request through to us on the My Bookings section of our website so that we can provide a quote for you.
Is on the beach covered by ATOL?
Every part of your flight-inclusive package holiday is financially protected by the ATOL scheme. On the Beach Limited is an Accredited Body Member of On the Beach Travel Limited – ATOL number 11549. If you do not receive an ATOL certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected.
Is ATOL only for package holidays?
ATOL stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licence. It is a government-run financial protection scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL covers package holidays that include flights, and some flight only sales.
Can jet2 change my hotel?
If you change your booking We do not allow destination changes. Any change to your departure date, transport, accommodation or length of holiday must apply to all members of your booking.
Are Hays Travel going into administration?
The travel business that provided a lifeline for Thomas Cook staff after the giant holiday firm went bust has said it will close 89 branches – the equivalent of one in six of its high street travel agencies. Hays Travel has not renewed the leases, as part of “a planned consolidation of its UK retail estate”.

The terms and conditions applicable to the contract are those of the supplier and we advise you to read these conditions carefully as they do contain important information about your booking. Please ask us for copies of these if you do not have them.

As a result of the above, our obligations to you may vary depending upon which Travel Arrangements you book with us, and whether you book a “Single Component Booking” or a “Multi-Contract Package” and we have tried to set them out below as clearly as possible:
What does it mean to book with on the beach limited?
This is called a Multi-Contract Package as you still have contracts with each of the individual Supplier/Principals providing the Travel Arrangements, however we, On the Beach Limited, will accept responsibility for this booking as a Package Organiser.
Can You book on the beach with ATOL?
