Yes and No. It will hugely depend on clock speed of that processor. If you have a 2.4GHz 6 core processor then = 2.4*6=14.4 GHz combined speed if all cores are utilized. And if you have a 1.7GHz 8 core processor = 1.7*8=13.6 GHz combined speed.
