Negihama is a compound word. It’s a maki (roll) containing negi (Welsh onions) and hamachi (Japanese Amberjack), also known as yellow tail. The little round orange things on the outside of the roll are tobiko (flying fish roe (eggs)). It’s also sprinkled with sesame seeds.
