Drinks and food were great. This was the best restaurant we went to in Tulum. If you had to choose between Arca and Hartwood, I would go with Hartwood. I made a reservation via email about a month in advance and they were nice enough to accommodate the addition of two more people day of.

WORTH THE WAIT! Definitely pricey but the quality matches. The menu changes constantly but if CHARRED BEET is on the menu you gotta get it!!! Sooooo flavorful, so surprising, so incredibly savory and umami and rich. Just outstanding. Whichever fish I ordered was very delicious, husband’s ribs were tender and succulent.
