  1. GENERAL GOLDEN RULES / HABITS YOU MUST INTRODUCE INTO YOUR LIFE IF YOU WANT TO BE SERIOUS ABOUT HIFZ. Don’t tell too many people at first.
  2. Memorize and recite DAILY. No days off.
  3. DECLUTTER YOUR MIND SO YOU CAN FOCUS. It’s not about how many hours you have a day as much as how much you need to reduce mental clutter.
