How fast can you progress in running?

It can take 4 to 6 weeks to notice changes in your aerobic ability and for the actual training effect being felt. Likewise, the more experienced you are, the less you will “feel” the benefits from a long run since you aerobic system is already quite developed.

Can you plan a run on Nike app?

You can only assign runs to your plan within the same week. You can of course decide to make up for that run on Monday (week 11) but note you will not be able to assign the run to week 10. Week 10 will only have 2 runs completed, and week 11 will have 4 runs.

When do you start a marathon training plan?

Whether you’re twelve or eighteen weeks from race day, you can jump into this program whenever it suits you. You are in control of what you put into the program and therefore what you get out of it. Our recommendation: Plan on training for at least 12 weeks before the marathon so you can comfortably run and complete the programmed workouts.

What do you need to know about Nike Run +?

For each of those runs you have access to : the number of kilometres/miles you have to complete (or x times meters for speed runs) as well as the suggested pace (minutes per km or per mile). The only run you have no pace suggestion for is the actual race, which is quite frustrating in my opinion.
