I’m not sure I understand what is so offensive about this. Just petition for an abnormally large fence and keep the naysayers at bay. YOu can do it, Joel!

I could join forces/yards with Joel if we were next door neighbors. We could have a great space on that street!
Orange, California…isn’t that the same area where people were getting into trouble for using clothelines?
Is there also a law there that restricts people from having small cars because they are not prestigious enough?
